What defines an “oil crisis”? Will future crises resemble those of the past, or has something fundamentally changed? Other central questions addressed include:
- What are the critical risk factors facing U.S. oil supply? How are they changing?
- What are the economic and technology limits affecting U.S. oil supply?
- Will the next oil crisis manifest as an acute event or a chronic condition?
